HR is way too involved in all decision making, policy not enforced for “favored employees/situations”, overworked, no recognition to their employees, upper management is not good at helping make decisions (no one wants the blame if something doesn’t go well), upper management only gets involved when they feel like it and when they feel like it, it isn’t effective communication.
