If you get hired as a state employee, you are eligible for tuition fee waiver. Basically you can go back to school and they cover up to 6 or 7 units, or two courses. So if you want to go back and get your masters degree, it basically pays for itself. And it applies to any of the CSU's in California, not just Fresno State. So if there is an online program, you can use your fee waiver towards that program at the other CSU.
