No room for advancement. Senior HR leadership has no perspective of culture outside the company and how FreshPoint can improve on things, and your voice will not be heard unless you have a more significant job title. Promotions are based on seniority and not the best fit for the position. Rampant favouritism! NO SUPPORT!!!! Whatsoever! You will never get any!
