Pros

The staff has an equal voice with leaders in meetings and encouraged to share ideas, problem solve and contribute. Board and staff came together to develop the first set of shared core values in 2018 which holds us all accountable Regular cost of living pay increases as well as increases during the fall performance review cycle Flexible remote office hours Clear path for advancement in new organizational structure Completed office modernization project updating all office systems and devices to increase creativity, communication, and collaboration Staff social outings 2x times per year, including a holiday gathering $200 education stipend per employee
