Too much Favoritism to specific people who suck up. Appreciation is not given to hard work. Certain bosses would scream at employees, in front of guest and coworkers, if she was in a bad mood and they were doing something wrong. Usually that's not the way issues are handles but apparently in this company it is. They expect way too much but don't offer incentives to stay with the company. Certain people make a lot more to do a lot less just because they are friends with the boss. Favoritism and gossip is never good in a business.
