As Freeman has grown rapidly over the past few years, it has become apparent that we just can’t keep doing things the way we have always done them. Staying true to our core value of innovation, we have begun the effort to streamline how we work and make the experience for our customers seamless and efficient. This is a rather significant change for our 90-year-old company as we pivot to better serve our customers, and like with any change, there is sometimes a period of disruption and some discomfort. Much like growing pains, we expect these disruptions to be short-lived.
