-You'll gain excellent experience auditing all material GL accounts day one -More VC clients than they know what to do with -Rapid growth - Have an interest in developing their associates -Teamwork atmosphere, depending on who you work with can feel very inclusive and fun -Good work/life balance all months except busy season

-Growing pains -Not enough training -Constantly changing their methods -Inability to fully train for what's needed and then blaming the associate for not completing work to varied expectations -having to work with inexperienced back offices and a few questionable funds -A bit political, some back stabbing and inexperienced in-charges who yell at associates makes working here a challenge at times
