The work hours expected were much longer than HR expressed when I was interviewing with the firm. The firm culture emphasizes getting as many cases processed as possible, rather than spending a lot of time on visa applications. The firm tends to push employees in to performing one type of work rather than teaching employees how to process many different types of visas.
