Low end of the compensation scale. Too focused on growth of the company, at the expense of employee development and progression. Over-emphasis on head offices in the west. Claims to promote internal mobility, but options and support is lacking/non-existent (help when convenient is not support - nothing is ever convenient) for most employees.
