-Unorganized and Unfair Management Practices -Strict Hierarchy and Limited Communication from Upper Level Managers (Expect to be micromanaged) -PTO is limited -No flexible work hours (even though this is advertised). You may be lucky though, some departments are better than others. -Must be willing to work overtime without extra pay. -The department I worked in didn't make career growth a priority. -Culture is old-fashioned. They are making efforts to improve but don't expect young coworkers. Plus, a lot of employees seem depressed which is sad to see all the time. -Company always appears desperate for business -Expect to never feel valued
