HR is nearly non-existent. They seem to plan a handful or less of company wide events (including a Christmas party) but can't seem to add any other value. We change healthcare plans nearly every year. WTF (Welcome to Fox) You'll find yourself saying this a lot as an employee. The way the company does things seems very old fashioned. They're not doing math on an abacus, but there are so many areas to make mistakes, it seems difficult to get things right the first time. Communication between departments is terrible. Accounting can take up to a month to reimburse for business purchases. No company credit cards, except for select FEW (business expenses go on personal card or an advance)
