Pros
Some great people who made fourth what it was. But when those individuals left, so did fourth and I'm not talking about the c-level executives. I'm talking about the hard working little guys that never get credit.

Too much politics and rings of fire to jump through to get one small step up in your career. There is no real path to success even if you carve it out for yourself, present a plan and execute beyond your plan. Employees becoming managers without real training, putting teams under managers that have no clue what they are doing.
