Small enough that you get responsibility and attention, big potential.

I was in Provo and had to drive to Salt Lake for meetings sometimes (although I could video chat in), but I kind of enjoyed it.

No pros what so ever

This company hires young excited developers and makes you think you will be working as a software engineer. They start off telling you you may get equity for working, then they say oh just kidding, no equity, experience is everything. Straight up taking advantage of young developers into building an app for free. Horrible business.
