-good culture -good product and crew who know what they're doing

-Ownership does not like eachother, creates a toxic work enviroment -Forces employees to work overtime and does not pay them for it, current ongoing suit with the Department of Labor -Is dishonest with employees and will cut their commissions without them knowing. Refusing to pay them money they are owed after they leave. -2 previous employees forced to use outside litigation to make them pay -Owners care about nothing but making more and more money -NO HEALTH INSURANCE - laughable at this point
