Pros

I really learned a lot while working there and it helped me get a much better job than the one I had before. I learned a lot from the other consultants and they helped me develop my skills. there is a very thorough feedback process which pointed out where I needed to improve.

Kontras

The projects were very challenging and the hours were long. I had not worked in consulting before and although they did warn me, but it was still a bit of a shock at first.

Pros

• HR was very supportive during my onboarding and always available to guide me and answer my questions. • The company provided generous amenities for newcomers (hotel budget for the first month, six months of housing allowance paid in advance, etc.). • I was staffed on a very interesting project early on and had the chance to work directly with my director, who has been patient, supportive, and pushed me to grow and learn as much as possible. • HR handled all logistics and paperwork efficiently, which made the relocation process much smoother. • I felt supported from day one by everyone on the team, from colleagues to the director and partner.

Kontras

The only challenge I’ve faced is the travel policy; flying to locations other than the base (DXB) is only allowed once per quarter even if it stays within the same budget. Increasing this flexibility would make the policy more aligned with what other consulting firms offer.

Pros

High level of ownership and trust given to employees. Exposure to large-scale governmental and enterprise projects. Good room for technical growth and leadership development. Supportive colleagues and collaborative environment.

Kontras

Workload can be intense at times, especially during critical project phases. Processes are still evolving, which sometimes creates ambiguity. Rapid growth can lead to shifting priorities.
