Illegal wage garnishment unsocial hours if you work as a chef you will not be paid until 4 even thou you start at 2. No breaks. Underpayment for 90% of staff. Cash in hand most people. Prepare for screaming from most people/staff. 75%.staff non English speaking so no communication. Food is under prepared. You will do more then one job at a time ie cooking and reception side. Weeks training and receive zero wages cause it's "training". High staff turn over. Under staffed no one will stay as the working conditions are disgraceful. You will pay for working here it comes right out your wage pack. They charge you lift money even thou it's meant to be a perk of working here. They are behind on pension payments. Summary you will be unhappy here and when you work 40-50 hours a week for £190 then you will see. Oh and if you ask why only 190 it's your problem.
