foundry10 has done an incredible job of listening and responding to the needs of employees throughout the pandemic. There have been a number of meaningful policy changes including moving to a 4-day work week, the continuation of flexible hybrid scheduling after many other places have returned to in-person work only, and the expansion of several benefits to support employee wellness. Very grateful for their ongoing support.
