Pros

1. Approachable Team Leads & international, friendly colleagues. 2. Payment is always offered on time, 2-3 days before the end of each month. 3. Well-kept office & air-conditioned throughout the day.

Kontras

1. Minimum wage offered. There's no salary growth. 2. A lot of monitoring in the work-space. Strict rules regarding the things you are allowed to bring in the office and the log-in system. 3. Confusing work guidelines that constantly change, (and of which you are not always informed about), making it hard to keep up. They make it extremely difficult to get your full bonus.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Kontras

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
