Flexible work hours with a hybrid option. Really warm colleagues, career opportunities for the operational employees in the call center industry. Salaries are above the average of Turkiye.
Kontras
Complex or incomplete processes in human resources and management departments, lack of tools to run HR functions more easily. HR is kinda second class compared to the operational units. Huge amount of workload for the HR; some times beginning from the morning till the midnight and even in the weekends. There were no increasement in the salaries of HR unfortunately for about 2 years while rest of the employees or departments getting their increasements or promotions.
