One states here they worked part-time for 5 years. So bad, but theyu stayed for 5 years??? Yes, 3 months per shift posting. What is wrong with knowing what schedule you have for the next 3 months? That is a positive. It allows you to plan for trips, doctors appts, etc. You have your dame days off set for each time period. Better than a weekly schedule where you cannot make plans on short notice. These people posting here are the ones that could not cut the mustard. Always a sour 5% who are never happy with the world. It is everyone else's fault they have problems. Very very positive team atmosphere and constant support. Plenty of offered overtime at $17.875 an hour on weeks.
