Pros

As someone who graduated on the midst of pandemic, who experienced modular learning, I was dreading to jump into the world where fresh graduate like me that time - is quite afraid of facing, adulting. However, Foundever gave me the torch that really lead me to path that I never knew I could face. It gave me the knowledge and skills that I never new I had. I was really able to hone my communication skills that I never knew that I was neglecting, my confidence and also problem solving skills. This company for me, is my path into growth.

Although I was really thankful for all of the skills and knowledge that I was able to get here at the company, I felt like the things I have contributed is not being compensated enough- for my 2 years of stay here the salary and compensation that I have been receiving is still the same. As I am greatly appreciative of the challenges that I am facing because the industry is fast-pacing, it is consuming all of my time and sometimes I don't have enough time for leisure. As we also don't have permanent office, this also sometimes affect us into being more productive.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Kontras

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
