Pros

Good workplace environment, nice managers they support agents a lot, when you a genuine problem then they support you a lot I worked there for 3 years and 1 month

Salary sucks big time, no increment at all per year. They had started a scheme called magnum in 2011 and closed it in 2013. With no increment at all just some changes in salary Sitel pays a very bad salary. Worked for 3 years and 1 month and got a increment of only rs 900 this is why sitel sucks in salary

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Kontras

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
