Pros

Offices are located closer to subway stations in pinpoints of the city, which makes it easier for people to run away from traffic. Their values are pretty explicit to all employees and that makes them confident about their work. Benefits and salary among the best, considering competitors

Kontras

Depending on the client you're attending, infrastructure might be defective, not much feedback about your work, leaders with no communication with white collar employees and there is not an effective career plan to employees. Their learning infrastructure and methods are poor

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Kontras

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
