easy way to get a check during training and production

worst management I have ever worked for in my life. unorganized company. I haven't worked in 3 days because my systems locked me out and is saying im terminated, ( for no reason )get your stuff together, possibly update your very old and dated systems , don't send computers that run on servers. invest in your employee, allow them to clock in and out of systems on first day ( have been here since September (( now November ) and still can't clock in ) , had an issue with payroll and 51 hours was missing for 3 weeks , had to speak to MULTIPLE managers to finally get it resolved

Training is easy to get through it’s nice to work from home doing so.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Kontras

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
