Pros

I got to work at Sitel Phils Baguio after I graduated, it was my first job. Awesome people, they really help you grow and treat you like family. Work never felt like work. I learned a lot of skills here. Lots of cool themed events in the workplace so you’ll never get bored. Starting salary is not bad, career advancement also fast because they keep growing (depends on what account you are assigned in though)

Strict english speaking only policy when inside company grounds, you get a written warning already the first time they catch you speaking another language.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Kontras

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
