Pros

Managers are very nice to employees

Pay is horrible,HR very unprofessional. I have a problem with my equipment and they refuse to fix it! They don't pay employees properly! Incentives you can forgot about it! This company owes me money right now. Don't be fooled by the "paid" training it's paid alright but the training is horrible the trainers need training themselves! And if you are looking for a flexible schedule this is the WRONG job for you.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Kontras

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
