Pros

Some coaches are very helpful

Kontras

Recruiters not forth coming. Will force Mandatory Time Off...hours cut without warning. Schedules can change daily. No support. Chat rooms used for coaches with very slow response time, resulting in angry customers. No supervisors to take calls when requested by customers. Even top CSR's wait up to a month between campaigns, our coach recommended while waiting for the next campaign apply for food stamps, unemployment, LIEAP, food pantry...to name a few...what a slap in the face and a waste of a year of my life

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Kontras

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
