Pros

They hire you within days of your interview and you can possibly move up quickly if anyone is willing to guide you or share anything with you to help get you going. If you need a JOB this is a good place to go for a quick income, this is a good place to get your call center experience basics going.

Kontras

There is no dress code and this makes the business look very raunchy including the moral of leadership. Management acts and treats people just as they are dressed. Management behaviors are very defensive because they think your out to steal their position from them. You never are involved with goal settings. You cant trust your manager to guide you into being an effective employee for your dept.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Kontras

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
