Depends on the department - Audit Assistant Manager bei Forvis Mazars Group: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I've been across the 3 audit departments; privately owned business, Industry and Services and Financial services. POB and I&S are ok - work life balance is manageable but sometimes gets a bit hairy in busy season (Jan - Mar). FS on the other hand is horrible. Team morale is low, there is no culture and work life balance is terrible.
