In Internal audit department at Gurugram location, all manager above peoples have made the international firm a local small firm. No work culture.. Manager is worst. I didn't dealt with this kind of manager in my whole life. Such a arrogant lady she is.. No sense of communication with team. If you want to make your life a hell than go for this firm.. MD should take action to decrease the employee turnover in GRC department and should look into the matter... HR is not handing her role properly as she is also a puppet of the partner and manager.. If you raise a voice against such behaviour thgan you will get to head that we will ruin your career and will mention. Your behaviour issue in your relieving letter. Also so much delay in issuance of relieving letter and F&F.
