1) Management should understand that people are not fools. Last 4 reviews are posted by the Management to raise the rating (any person can guess). Rather have some guts to reply or comment on the employees queries or concerns.
2) Fortunesoft may be the first company to officially declare that Form 16 will be issued before Aug 20th because IT returns filing last date has been postponed by a month by IT Dept. Come on Management, have some shame. All other companies issue Form 16 by atleast end of June. If you have been remitting the TDS to IT Dept regularly, you wouldn't have to face this last minute shortage of money.
3) Management is not trying to retain any employee who puts his resignation. As per my knowledge they are freely letting people go, no matter how important their role is.
4) Not a single person goes out of this company with a positive feel, just because of the narrow-minded nature of the Management. They believe that when a employee resigns, he is an enemy and has betrayed the company instead of finding out the core reason behind the resignation and appreciating his efforts in the past.
