401k matching up to 4%, 6 paid holidays per year, medical insurance available (Kaiser Permanente), one week of paid vacation after one year of employment (unpaid time off available before the one-year mark), paychecks on time

Kontras

horrible management, horrible leadership, horrible communication. unfair promotion/demotion/pay raises, VERY LOW pay, no dental/vision insurance available, no room for growth, too hierarchical considering it is a very small company, many employees are complaining about the places and no one can escalate the problems because they are afraid of losing the job and incapable of getting new jobs. smart people leave here so you get to work with incompetent people with low pay!

Pros

Lots of overtime available, unpaid time off if you want/need it, desire to progress is acknowledged and remembered when a position opens up (but the company is small so that might not be frequently)

Formula Corp has terrible management. They are a very sexist company, let alone they have a good ol boys club. Higher ups always taking credit for the work you’ve done or trying to degrade you. They had me doing graphics/label making and added the QC roll on to me all because they are too cheap to hire another person to do multiple other jobs. (I practically had two jobs). They keep giving other line operators raises when they are incompetent of their position and require lots more training. Basically they will give more money to anyone who likes to suck up. Also not to mention, they had recently let go of over a dozen employee’s and are overworking everyone since they are so short staffed. They do not want to hire any more females in a higher position due to all the sexual harassment within the company.
