Formul8 is like one big family, you either fit in or you don’t. For those who do fit in, this is home. Talented colleagues. Great work. Demanding (but reasonable) boss. A double edged sword – you’ll work on a lot of projects with very tight deadlines, but at the same time it forces you to get good fast. Having said that, if you can survive here, you can thrive anywhere. MD (Mother Dragon) values hard work and genuinely cares for you more than just an employee. However this does not give you a free pass on the high standard of work she demands. Amazing welfare – overseas company trips, company bonding sessions and playful office culture.
