I had a great experience working at TrialSpark! I had an amazing manager who was genuinely compassionate and caring and was invested in my job performance. My team was awesome to work with, highly collaborative, and always willing to lend a hand to help each other out. My colleagues at TrialSpark were by far the smartest people I've had the pleasure of working with. I learned so much during my time. The great thing about TrialSpark is that you have the opportunity to grow your skillset by working on various projects/initiatives that may not be directly related to your initial role but have a real impact on the company's performance as well as your career growth. Also, I thought the work-life balance was great, especially while we worked remotely!
