I was within the top 5 Adviser's in both 2018 and 2019. Working around 50 hours p/wk, averaging 10 appointments and achieved over double my annual target. Everything seems great when you start and bonus gradually deteriorates. Clawbacks become incredibly high and advisers are forced to stay due to the debt they accumulate. Bonus structure forced on advisers in January causes financial hardship Company car tracking breaches data protection HR are rude and arrogant CEO Euan Allison is intimidating and laughs at your expense No support from anybody Fuel expenses at 10p p/mile don't cover the actual cost of fuel. Clawbanks on Bonus structure are not in your control.
