Forefront Web was the first job I ever had where I didn't dread Mondays. It is a fun and relaxed environment and everyone is good at what they do. I learned so much at my time here and will forever be grateful for the opportunity.

Communication can sometimes be improved

The Atmosphere is beautiful. The office has an enormous amount of natural lighting. Everyone is held accountable in a respectful way. Because of the culture implemented, failure doesn't occur often. Everyone holds their weight and the communication is top-notch. They truly have a customer comes first attitude. Everything that I have seen has been focused on treating every customer like the most important customer. This is extremely different from my last job.

The only con is that the sales process could use a little tightening up.
