      You will work with some truly great people. Unfortunately, that is the only pro.

      Low pay, horrible benefits, insane micromanagement, false promises. The list is endless.

      Pros

      Management was great and supportive. Gained a lot of useful experience here. The pay was decent and higher than the average customer care pay rate in OKC. CoWorkers were also supportive and great to be around.

      Not really a lot of cons. Just need to be a social and productive person.
