- Share a hotel room with another full grown man! - Read self help books and write book reports as part of your professional career development! - Daily recorded video chats with the project team so they can make sure you’re at the job site even though they don’t always attend. I don’t know about you, but I sure miss roll call 🙋. - Profit sharing! It’s completely discretionary and could be withheld for any random reason. The best part is, nobody knows how it works! - Pizza parties! You’ve seen the memes, now live your dreams!

-Minimum hourly requirements per day for salary employees. - Unpaid overtime expected and required. - Raises are based on gossip. - Corporate management has never worked in the field. - Per Diem rate for travel is based on grocery store prices, but the hotels you’re staying in don’t have kitchens. - Lack of integrity. - Profits> safety. - Retaliation from management.

Pros

Management was great and supportive. Gained a lot of useful experience here. The pay was decent and higher than the average customer care pay rate in OKC. CoWorkers were also supportive and great to be around.

Not really a lot of cons. Just need to be a social and productive person.
