Leadership micromanages down to the screws and surrounds themselves with yes-men to implement their policies. Zero trust from the top down or from the bottom up. There is a reason the turnover rate is so high and the reviews are so low. The benefits are egregiously overpriced and offer little to no real coverage. The coporate leadership takes half of all profit sharing and keeps it until you have 7 years with the company, which due to the toxic environment is exceedingly rare.
