      Pros

      There are no pros to working at Ford. What a horrible company and group of owners. Do NOT even apply!!!!!!

      Everything, from the fact that we had to buy our own office supplies (even highlighters wouldn't get approved!) to the fact that the company is run by sexist, conservative bigots.

      Pros

      Management was great and supportive. Gained a lot of useful experience here. The pay was decent and higher than the average customer care pay rate in OKC. CoWorkers were also supportive and great to be around.

      Not really a lot of cons. Just need to be a social and productive person.
