5 weeks of PTO was about the only good thing.

This company lacks talent because they don't offer competitive pay to retain them. People leave and they don't back fill those positions, leaving more work for the few that stay.. until those people leave so now you have idiots running the show and calling themselves a "Service Now Administrator" among others. Work performance is measured on how many tickets are closed and not customer satisfaction, and management is always asking you to do extra work which affects your day to day work with a "Do more with less" attitude (actual quote!). Management will make promises and either back out from them and completely change their mind, or just not go through with them.
