- CEO & CTO are married, they frequently have loud arguments in the office and sometimes you'll get caught in the middle of it. - CEO is very difficult to work with. Quite smart in his own aspects but is incapable of proper leadership. Tends to be quite narcissistic and defensive when it comes to collaboration- "welllll actually" type of attitude. - No growth opportunities. Nor future for the company. The company seems to lay off all its staff and move buildings once every two years or so. Seems to serve as personal cash flow for the founders who survive off grants and government funding.
