Nice patients and staff to work with, just not the doctor/owner

Pay not good, doctors clock in/out , management keeps track of your every move, the doctor/owner only cares about selling as much as possible, talks down to doctors like a little school kid.

Co workers, holidays office is closed, good experience.

No benefits, low pay with a lot of work, get yelled at by patients for the doctor mistakes, unrealistic expectations, on call shifts, stretched thin with call outs, calling out becomes an investigation get asked a million questions and asked to send proof, no recognition, raises are literally by the cents.
