Pros
I loved working for focus. Everybody is super nice and it was a great experience. They have a very relaxed atmosphere, they are not strict on dress code and they do sincerely want to make it a fun environment for employees with the outings that they provide. i.e Thai Lunch, Rays Game, AWESOME Christmas party! Steven H is wonderful and Amber A is incredibly sweet and very helpful. I think if you put yourself out there and ask for more help, you will receive it. It does have its common work environment issues that you will find in typically any work environment.The higher ups know this product very well, so when you come into this job, whether you used focus or not it may be a bigger struggle for some people (as for me).
