The CEO is a compulsive liar. Honestly the biggest narcissist I’ve ever met in my life. In my interview they described themselves as a great company to work for that won the ‘work place of the year’ award - total lie. Fake targets, fake commission and I’ve even seen people hit their target and then get sacked for no apparent reason (especially if you’re on a WHV). The management team lie for the CEO and always talk about light being at the end of the tunnel, but there isn’t. People tend to either put on loads of weight or end up on medication working for this person - if you value your mental health then you’re better off working for McDonald’s.

Great team and great commissions, I went to 5 of their events and they were all fantastic

They struggle to find decent sales people so promotion is non existent unless you’ve been in the company for a while
