Everything! The culture, the leadership, management, communications, the future of the company! Everything! I was hired for a very specific role but was increasingly asked to do things I was untrained for and not part of my job description. When I asked management the logic behind asking me to preform tasks that weren’t in my purview, knowing that my time and effort would be better spent on the many other tasks that needed to get done, they told me to shut up and do as I am told. Mostly because management has no idea what they are doing, and because they enjoy the power trip I am sure. There are different rules for management then everyone else. Like managers don’t need to ever come into the office. Or communicate about changes to the company. Management is nonexistent at best and micro managing when it does decide to communicate. Over compensating for not knowing what they are doing. Now that I think about it, I am truly puzzled how the management staff got into their roles in the first place. The ones with any past management experience are outdated dinosaurs in their industry, and the rest, I just don’t know. There is definitely an misogynist vibe at the place. One employee was open talking about breast in a sexual manner in front of a female employee. Stay away from this place, all positive reviews are fake.
