      Great Benefits especially in International, which are mainly legacy Stars perks. Good quality of life. Huge organisation so plenty of people to help get work done. People coast along and still get a bonus at year end.

      Work is not very challenging. A lot of hierarchical egos and power struggles. Constantly change their minds on projects and roadmaps, slows everything down.

      The team leader situation is quite messy at the moment. There are two customer service team leaders, and each follows their own set of rules and expectations. This creates inconsistency across the department, where some colleagues receive certain benefits or flexibility that others do not, depending on which team leader they report to.
