      If you are someone who like to improve your self its not for you. Micro managing, My manager at flowserve did not know how to manager people. HR or manager did not do follow up meetings to check how the new hire like their role at flowserve. No communication or interactions whatsoever,

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.
