The employees in this organization are typically either extremely hard-working and motivated or complete opposite, doing what it takes to get by and letting others pick up the slack. The company claims they are about ethics, however as an employee who got laid off, I feel differently. Flowserve keeps laying off more and more individuals, even top performing employees.
