Pros
The free pizza and coffee don't make up for the demoralizing work environment so I can't say I would call them a pro.
Kontras
- Extremely poor management. Individuals in management positions who have no experience and numerous complains against them will be protected by the company and lower ranking employees are pushed out/ reprimanded for attempting to make the company better. - Clear expectation that you will put in hours of overtime every week and not be compensated. - They host zoom chats with upper level management/ CEOs so the staff can get to know them, but if no one higher up has an actual passion/ vision for the cannabis industry and only stays for 6 months it's hard to care about them at all (case in point, Vinay Tolia is still listed as CEO on Glassdoor and he is from 2 CEOs ago).
